This policy describes how the private QuickBooks Online bookkeeping tool used by Hendrik d'Ailly (operating as Hendrik Consulting, Ottawa, Canada) handles information.
Hendrik is the only user. The tool is not sold, is not offered to other people, and is not listed in the QuickBooks App Store.
It connects to Hendrik's own QuickBooks Online company through Intuit's open-source QuickBooks Online MCP server. It reads accounting data such as vendors, accounts, expenses, bills, invoices, reports, and attachments. It creates or updates records only after he approves a specific entry.
This data is not sold and is not shared with third parties for their own use.
An AI assistant under Hendrik's own account may read receipts and accounting data to propose bookkeeping entries for his review. Those results stay under his account and are not sold or shared for others' use.
When the tool calls the QuickBooks API, Intuit processes accounting data under Intuit's own terms and privacy policy.
