These terms apply to the private QuickBooks Online bookkeeping tool used by Hendrik d'Ailly (operating as Hendrik Consulting, Ottawa, Canada).
This tool is for Hendrik's own QuickBooks Online bookkeeping. It is not offered to other users. Access is limited to him.
He may disconnect the app from QuickBooks Online at any time in his Intuit account settings or by revoking access. See the Disconnect page for more detail.
The tool must not create, update, or delete QuickBooks data without his approval of that specific entry.
